My name is Gary Chappell and I am a Masters (Over 50s) competitive bodybuilder with close to a decade of experience in training, nutrition and physique development.
I began my journey working with a coach, learning how to structure diet and preparation properly. I then went on to prepare myself for 20 bodybuilding shows, consistently dieting down to under five per cent body fat.
Along the way, I have also worked with a nutrition specialist in the United States, gaining a deeper understanding of how to build effective, sustainable diet plans. I now combine that knowledge with real-world experience to help clients achieve their goals.
You do not need to be a bodybuilder to work with me. Whether your aim is to lose body fat, build muscle, get in shape for an event or simply improve your eating habits, the same structured approach applies.
I offer both one-off diet plans and ongoing online coaching with weekly adjustments based on your progress. Everything is tailored to you and designed to deliver consistent, realistic results.

My journey began with a passion for finding out as much about nutrition as possible. I saw first hand how food could change my body, down to just a few grams of carbohydrates and fats here and there. I am now driven by a commitment to help others achieve their fitness goals through effective nutrition. I have now brought together years of experience in dietetics and fitness training to create a service that is both personalised and scientifically grounded.
I am focused on developing customised diet plans that cater to the unique needs of each person. I now provide comprehensive diet management and ongoing support, as well as one-off diet plans for those who just want to a simple meal plan to follow. My dedication to continuous learning and adaptation ensures that I will stay at the forefront of nutritional science, always ready to help my clients lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

My personalised diet plans are tailored to your specific goals and lifestyle. They include meals and/or macronutrients, plus a food list to switch out items for ones you prefer. I also include guidelines to help you achieve your desired outcomes, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or overall wellness.
If you take out a monthly ongoing diet management plan, I will tweak your diet each week depending on how your progress has been. I analyse this from your weekly updates, which I ask for each Saturday morning. If you choose a one-off diet plan, you have the freedom to manage this yourself whenever you see progress stalling. Or you can upgrade to my ongoing diet management and let me do the work for you.
Absolutely. I take into account any dietary restrictions or allergies you have when creating your plan. My goal is to provide you with a nutrition strategy that is safe, effective, and enjoyable to follow.
Our ongoing diet management includes weekly analysis of your progress, adjustments to your plan as necessary and unlimited support via WhatsApp or email for any questions or concerns you may have between check-ins. I am here to ensure you stay on track and motivated to achieve whatever your goal.
