My name is Gary Chappell. I am a Masters (Over 50s) competitive bodybuilder with close to a decade of experience in training, nutrition and physique development.
I have prepared for more than 20 bodybuilding shows, consistently dieting down to extremely low body fat levels. That level of conditioning does not happen by guesswork – it comes from structure, precision and consistency.
I began my journey working with a coach, learning how to do things properly. I then went on to take full control of my own preparation, refining my approach through real-world experience.
Along the way, I have also worked with a nutrition specialist in the United States, gaining a deeper understanding of how to build effective, sustainable diet strategies.
I now apply a similar approach to my clients.

BACKGROUND
My interest in nutrition started with one simple goal – to change my own physique.
Through years of trial, error and competition prep, I learned how small adjustments in calories, carbohydrates and fats can dramatically change how your body looks and performs.
This wasn’t theory. It was done in real conditions, under pressure, repeatedly, across more than 20 bodybuilding shows.
That experience now forms the foundation of how I work with clients.

My personalised diet plans are tailored to your specific goals and lifestyle. They include meals and/or macronutrients, plus a food list to switch out items for ones you prefer. I also include guidelines to help you achieve your desired outcomes, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or overall wellness.
If you take out a monthly ongoing diet management plan, I will tweak your diet each week depending on how your progress has been. I analyse this from your weekly updates, which I ask for each Saturday morning. If you choose a one-off diet plan, you have the freedom to manage this yourself whenever you see progress stalling. Or you can upgrade to my ongoing diet management and let me do the work for you.
Absolutely. I take into account any dietary restrictions or allergies you have when creating your plan. My goal is to provide you with a nutrition strategy that is safe, effective, and enjoyable to follow.
Our ongoing diet management includes weekly analysis of your progress, adjustments to your plan as necessary and unlimited support via WhatsApp or email for any questions or concerns you may have between check-ins. I am here to ensure you stay on track and motivated to achieve whatever your goal.
