WHEN people see a transformation photo, they often assume there must have been some secret diet, special supplement or extreme training programme behind it.

The reality is usually much less exciting.

Faheem’s progress came from doing the basics consistently over a long period of time. He never misses a beat. He checks-in with me on time, every single week. He follows his plan to the tee; diet and cardio. Over and over. For weeks.

Like many people, he didn’t need a miracle. He needed a structured plan he could follow and adjustments when progress slowed.
